How do I control the order of Menu Items?
Saturday, 14 April 2007 4:45 PM
You can control the order of menu items in the same way you control the list
order of any related records.
It is important to remember that a menu item is actually the record name of a section and is editable within the Section Editor.
Select the menu item you wish to reposition in the menu. This will open the detail view of the associated Section.
Select Edit this Section from the IASP administration tools drop down menu.
Scroll down to the Menu Order field and click the small arrow icon beside the Menu Order text field.
Select where in the list of menu items you would like the menu item to appear by clicking the arrow beside the appropriate menu order field.
Select Make Changes.
Now Save the Section. The menu will be reordered when the page reloads.
