How do I change the order of a list?

The order in which your lists display can easily be altered. For example: You
can sort your user list alphabetically by name or by date joined.
To change the way the list is sorted please navigate to the list you want to change the ordering of (for example your users list).
Mouse over the IASP icon and select Edit this record.
Scroll to the bottom of the edit screen until you find the List Control settings. You will be able to choose the criteria you want to sort by (ie Date Registered, First Name, Last Name etc) and a tickbox which controls whether you want to sortreverse.
Sorting reverse by Date Registered will place the users who joined most recently at the top of the list. If you leave sort reverse unchecked the first user who joined will appear at the top of the list.
Sorting by First Name (or Last Name) will place users in alphabetical order. (If you leave sort reverse unchecked they will appear sorted A-Z, if you tick sort reverse they will appear sorted Z-A)
If you do not see the List Control settings please raise a support ticket.
