I am unable to retrieve emails
I have tested the account through our webmail interface at http://webmail.iasp.com.au, and confirm that your email account is active and working.
This must be a configuration issue with your email client.

If these articles do not help you, please raise a support ticket with details of the email client you are using (eg Outlook 2007) and any error messages you are receiving.
