How to add a Support Ticket
There are two ways to submit a Support Ticket to IASP.
Option One: Login to your website as an Administrator, navigate to the IASP Control Panel and select the Your Support Tickets area (pictured in the full version of this article).
This displays your current and completed support tickets along with the option to submit a new support ticket directly.
Option Two: When viewing the online help tools from anywhere within the IASP content management system you have the option to Ask A Question.
When asking a question you also have the option to mark the question as Urgent, which automatically turns your question into a support ticket.
