Service Incident Report

A serious service problem affected both web site and incoming e-mail connectivity on Friday June 24th between approximately 4:15pm and 4:50pm and again from 6:30pm until 8:30pm.

As we advised at the time the problem was outside the Enotia Network with an upstream provider at our primary server network data centre in Canberra.

We have now received a preliminary incident report from the provider, which can be viewed here:
