If you sent a campaign via your Messenger system during that period please contact Enotia Support and we will confirm whether or not the campaign was successfully transmitted.
Please note "test" messages sent back to the message composer were not affected by the issue, so if you did send a campaign, even if you received a "test" message successfully, please do still contact us.

As we advised at the time the problem was outside the Enotia Network with an upstream provider at our primary server network data centre in Canberra.
We have now received a preliminary incident report from the provider, which can be viewed here: View the story here.
