By default, users and administrators are not able to modify the email address of a user registration.
A new registration is required if a user's email address changes to allow the user to confirm they own the email address.
We are able to add functionality into the registration form to allow a user to update the email address of their own registration. If you would like this functionality installed, please send a request by email to email@example.com or raise a support ticket through the Control Panel.
